Florian Zürcher advises national and international Swiss companies in matters of taxation. He gained his comprehensive understanding of accounting (Swiss commercial law, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, US GAAP) during his many years providing audit services in the KPMG global network of firms. His clients benefit from his wide-ranging advice and support to successfully navigate complex accounting issues and their tax implications. Compiling and preparing annual financial statements, restructuring, reorganizations and tax administration are among his primary areas of focus as a result of his in-depth accounting background.

Florian Zürcher also advises entrepreneurs and private clients on all aspects of tax and social security law, predominantly for relocations and structuring asset sales.
